FUSION AAC BLOCKS

AAC Blocks (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) are certified green building materials, offering lightweight, durable, and energy-efficient solutions for both internal and external construction. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, registered with GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) and a proud member of IGBC (Indian Green Building Council). Our fully automated, state-of-the-art plant produces AAC Blocks in compliance with IS:2185 Part 3 (1984) standards, with a high production capacity of 1000 cubic meters per day, ensuring consistent quality, sustainability, and reliability for modern construction projects.

Product Description — RENACON AAC BLOCKS

Fusion AAC blocks are a lightweight, eco-friendly, and highly insulating building material used in various construction projects as an alternative to traditional clay bricks.

Key Features:

Lightweight: Fusion AAC blocks weigh approximately one-third of conventional red bricks, which significantly reduces the structural load (dead weight) on a building’s foundation and frame, potentially saving on steel and cement costs.

High Compressive Strength: Despite being lightweight, these blocks offer good compressive strength (3.5-5 N/mm²) suitable for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing applications.

Excellent Thermal Insulation: The material has a porous, cellular structure with millions of tiny air pockets that provide superior thermal insulation, helping to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures and reducing energy costs associated with heating and cooling by up to 25%.

Sound Insulation: AAC blocks effectively absorb sound, providing a sound reduction index of around 45 dB for a 200 mm thick wall, ideal for creating quieter indoor environments in residential and commercial buildings.

Fire Resistance: Composed of non-combustible inorganic materials, they offer high fire resistance, capable of withstanding fire for up to 2 to 6 hours depending on the thickness, thus enhancing building safety.

Eco-Friendly: Manufactured using natural and abundant raw materials, including up to 60% fly ash (an industrial waste product), they are a certified green building material, helping to reduce environmental waste and the carbon footprint of construction.

Faster Construction: The blocks have uniform, precise dimensions and are larger than traditional bricks, which means fewer joints are needed, speeding up the masonry work and reducing labor costs.

Durability and Pest Resistance: They are resistant to termites, mold, and moisture-related damage, contributing to the long lifespan of structures.

Typical Applications:

Fusion AAC blocks are versatile and widely used across various sectors of the construction industry:

  • Residential Buildings.
  • Commercial. Structures.
  • Institutional Constructions.
  • Infill and Partition Walls.
